Still waiting for a package that was out for delivery at 7:14 a.m. Saturday morning. It's Monday afternoon. Sent an e-mail, received a generic response. Tried to call multiple times but was never able to speak to a human. The package was for a birthday party yesterday. It might arrive in time for Christmas? Incredibly disappointed and angry.

This is my first time shipping through FedEx. They tried dropping off my package three times at my house at one. I work full time and can't be home then. I told them all three times I can't be there at that time. So now I have to drive an hour to mosinee to get my package I paid $25 to have delivered to my house.

Would not recommend to deliver a rock to a quarry. Once, they would not be flexible about coming lataer when we could sign for a present (wine) so we had to send it back. Now, we had seafood shipped from Alaska to WI with specific instructions to leave in the garage yet it was left outside by the front door - in front of everyone. The instructions were clearly spelled out on the bill of lading I recieved. Apparently, this branch can not follow the simplest of requests.

I find that delivery companies such as FEDEX and UPS are judged by their local drivers in many cases. While I cannot fault people for their different personalities, I can say the our local FEDEX driver is certainly not a very good representation of an outgoing and friendly personality. Meanwhile, if I had to select by drivers that know what's going on, know where and when to deliver, seemingly always smile, and even know that I'm at work and drop my personal package here as they know I'm working here, I guess I'd have to give the nod to the UPS drivers. They just seem to know the area and get it done. No, I do not work for UPS. But I do understand good service as I'm in a service oriented business.FEDEX is my second choice usually. However, many of my vendors select FEDEX as their preferred shipper when shipping things to me. That's just fine. Ok, so the driver is cold and less than friendly, hardly ever says thank you and isn't really that nice. But he gets the job done.
