I took a couple bed sides in about a year ago and had Master's Touch Woodworking make some new ones because the previous ones cracked and were no longer useable. Their work lasted just a few months when one side cracked and were no longer good. I took the boards into their shop to have them fixed AGAIN. Luckily the boards were under warranty and they were replaced. BUT they had the boards for over 2 MONTHS and I never once received a phone call from them giving me an update. When I dropped them off to get fixed for the second time I asked how long we should be looking at. The older lady said it shouldn't take long. Now I understand that working with wood can take some time but when not one employee there was helpful. Within the 2 Months of them "working" on the boards I went to their shop four times to find out for myself what was the hold up. They would write down my phone number each time and say they would contact me with an update- THAT WAS NEVER DONE. After numerous times of checking in they were finally done but they are not guaranteeing their work. I am giving them 2 stares for the horrible customer service and so far their work not holding up to par. I am hoping the new boards will hold up. If not I am out $250 and a bed. Also a successful business does not make the customer say the first word every time they arrive on site. I would not suggest their work to anyone, even for little projects like bed sides. Ridicules run around with them. Hope this review helps you make up your mind with going with Master's Touch Woodworking.
