Lyle and his crew Installed and sanded our new wood floors and left a beautiful floor which was done exactly the way we wanted it to look like. We are very happy we chose them.

S & W wood floors was recommended to me by another floor installer. i spoke with Lyle over the phone,. he was always courteous and polite. when he came to my house to see my repair i needed done he answered all my questions and gave his honest opinion. on the day he was scheduled to come he called to say he was on his way. he did a great job and cleaned up after himself. he is coming back in the sporing to sand and reseal my entire first floor. i would highly recommend his services to anyone. . thanks Lyle

Called Lyle from S&W Wood Floors 1034 Quail Dr, Morris, IL 60450 on October 5,2015. Lyle came out and did a measure of my complete upstairs bedrooms and halls and closets. I told him I wanted ¾ inch 2 1/4 solid wood pre finished, I offered a sample to take of what is downstairs, and he told me he did not need it. I was told I would get an email with a cost breakdown. 24 days passed and still no cost break down. I called and left several messages, no return call. I finally got thru to him while he was on a job and he told me he was very busy and forgot about me and would have the cost breakdown in a few days. I finally got the cost breakdown 28 days after he measured the rooms. It was an incorrect cost because Lyle forgot some things like carpet removal. Does not surprise me, it has been so long that he forgot. I emailed the person back who sent the estimate and asked for a new revised cost breakdown to include the carpet removal. No response after 8 more days, it is now t is now 37 DAYS after he measured and NO cost breakdown, no return calls and I have wasted my time with Kyle of S&W Wood Floors of Morris IL.
