This office is an affiliate of DOCS Dermatology. Gavin holds a West Virginia University bachelors degree in athletic training. His hands-on experience with Division 1 athletic teams honed his injury evaluation and rehabilitation skills. Pursuing his passion, he earned a master's degree in physician assistant studies from Alderson Broaddus University. Gavin's journey into dermatology was fueled by personal experiences, having struggled with acne as a teenager. Now, he finds fulfillment in helping patients overcome similar challenges, restoring their confidence. With a family history of melanoma, Gavin is deeply committed to thorough skin cancer screenings, ensuring early detection and effective treatment.
