      Case Farms is a poultry farming and processing company that consists of more than 2,000 staff members and over 350 contract growers. The company maintains several hatcheries, feed mills, processing plants and breeding facilities. Founded in 1986, Case Farms processes nearly 1.5 million birds and produces more than 500 million pounds of fresh, partially cooked and frozen poultry products per week. It provides boneless and skinless chicken breasts, thighs and legs, as well as tenders and drumsticks to retail outlets. Case Farms also offers several ready-to-cook breaded items, such as chicken strips, tenders, and party and boneless wings. Additionally, the company exports a variety of poultry products to clients worldwide. The company s quality assurance department has an internal Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) program and conducts more than 4,000 internal quality checks per week.
