My husband bought a breakfast sandwich from this Subway. He took it back to his office and found that the egg was still frozen in the middle. I called them and they took his name and immediately offered him another sandwich for the next time he was in. I hate that he couldn't enjoy his food at that time and had to make other arrangements but I do appreciate the fact that they were willing to make it right. Thank you Subway for doing what is right!

This subway was awful, I am from Mcdowell County and did not realize how much subways can differ. I went during lunch, waited for 15 min and then was treated rudley by the three girls working there. One even told me to make up my mind quickly, right before I was able to speak. They need someone to give them a 101 in customer service. My bread was stale and my chicken was cold, needless to say I will not go back there.
