I had an excellent experience with this company, their prices are very reasonable and I brought my computer in the morning, later that night it was done ... same day ... and they had completely fixed everything. It took an hour or so to customize it the way i needed it and they gladly helped me with it. When I got home I couldnt get my mouse to work and they helped me troubleshoot it over the phone for 10 or 15 minutes.Will definitely return to total service for all of my computer problems.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER TO THIS COMPANY!!We took our computer to this company because we had a virus. They backed up our data and re-installed Windows. We picked it up and starting using our computer. After a few days, Windows started to re-install itself. We couldn't figure out what was going on, so we took it back. We found out that they forgot to take out the Windows installation cd out of the cd drive. We took it back and asked if they could make sure they save our data. I left it with them since the 'tech' was not in. Well, when I picked it up they said 'it's on us', like it was a favor they were doing for us, they never apologized and said our files were corrupt and they couldn't save them. I spoke with our IT guy at work and he said it almost impossible for the files to become corrupt and that backing them up would take some effort, but easily done. I've left several messages to ask them further about this and they have not returned my calls. DO NOT GO HERE.
