I had a few spots on my carpet that I wanted removed. When I called to make an appointment I asked if they steam cleaned and was told no, but they had a system that worked as well as steam cleaning. The system they used was a young boy (maybe 10) dousing the stain with a chemical and taking a brush and scrubbing as hard as he could while the adult looked on. The chemical smelled just like the carpet cleaning solution used in the 90's. When they finished the first couple of stains I asked if they were out and was told I wouldn't know until it all dried. At no point did they run a machine to pull out all the dirt and chemical. I had them stop immediately and I went on to call a professional carpet cleaning service. The little boy worked about 10 minutes and it cost $69.00. Unfortunately I learned my lesson the hard way.
