The staff is unprofessional and to use one word they suck.

I came to this location frequently for my prenatal blood work. There was one time in particular that still upsets me to think about. A nurse was mocking a young girl for crying and being difficult in getting her blood drawn. I was practically in tears witnessing the nurse's unprofessional and insensitive treatment of the poor, scared child. I had the strong desire to react, but didn't want to make the child's visit more difficult. Now that my own child is 9 months and needs blood work, I'm fighting with my insurance to let me take her somewhere else. I cannot imagine letting them touch her with a ten-foot pole, let alone pricking her with a needle. Quest is in serious need of well-trained and compassionate staff. The service there is insufferable. It's a rare find when you get someone who treats you with a little bit of kindness. Most of them should be in a profession where you don't have to work with any living being at all.

Overall bad experience. No friendly staffs.
