The store was clean and clutter free unlike some other locations. However I couldn't find what I was looking for and had to hunt down someone and interrupt a personal conversation between two employees for assistance. The line was long b/c they only had two cashiers. My cashier wrung my items up wrong and when I told her I had to go wait in the other line for other Cashier to fix it and they were rude to me b/c " why should I have to fix her mistake, I should send you back over there and make her fix it" Really? Thats how you treat customers? I would rather drive to another location to receive better treatment.

This store has a beautiful collection of home accents and craft supplies. They also seem to have an adequate number of employees. However, I have never been greeted when entering the store, nobody ever asks if they can help me find anything and the checkout personnel seem bored and not very excited about being at work. The management at the checkout stands have even been rude a couple of times. A little eye contact and a smile would go long way in this store.
