Jim Benge called approximately 30 minutes before his arrival and ASKED if now was convenient for his arrival. I thought that was very considerate. He then stated his GPS predicted 26 minutes until his arrival. Again, open lines of communication and establishing an expectation from the beginning, I thought was very professional. He was prompt on arrival, asked to be shown the necessary checkpoints his inspection would involve, then went right to work. At one point, he informed me he would be turning on the furnace, in case I noticed a rise in temperature. He needed it running to perform his inspection. Again, wonderful communication! Jim was clean, answered all of my questions, and was very, very friendly! I hope to see him again for my AC inspection!

We've been using Air Comfort Solutions for a few years now and it seems like the service has been getting better over the years today Mark Behn came out to service our unit and he was very thorough in his work.

My heater was not coming on, I called out air comfort solutions an they were out the same day. Mark B. the service tech was very nice he figured out the problem and got me back heating in no time. He was very well mannered and explained all that was going on causing the situation.

Mark came out because my heater was not working. He found that the flame sensor was dirty, he cleaned it an checked my heater over to make sure that nothing else was wrong with it before he left.

My blower had gone out on my furnace and it was 59 degrees in my house when I called in the morning. Few hours later house was heating back up! Impressed they were able to get me fixed so quickly. You have my business from here on!
