Jenifer is so passionate about "A New Beginning Florist" and strives to provide the most awesome products available. When my mother passed away in 2013, Jenifer was so helpful and patient with me. I was so "numb" and could really "think", but Jenifer guided me through the process of selections for the casket and floral needs. I was so pleased with what Jenifer helped me select. I've used A New Beginning Florist on several occasions. I ordered my Mother a bouquet for Mother's Day, it was just beautiful! Full of lots of pink flowers that she loved. The second occassion was for my son-in-laws grandmothers funeral. Her favorite color was blue and they fixed me up with such a pretty hydrangea plant full of blue blooms. They are very conscientiousness with all of their work!!

This florist went outta their way to help me today! Todaqy was my mother in laws birthday it slipped my mind until this afternoon. I called several places and no one could guarantee delivery. the lady at new beginnings was so nice and even was able to get sunflowers (my MIL's fav) and delivered them before she left work for the day. My MIL called me and thanked me over and over again and even mentioned the guys in her office were saying how nice the flowers were. Thanks for getting me out of a bind.

Best customer service I've ever received. Never been treated so important, they really made me feel comfortable and the on time delivery was superb, when New Beginning florist say it will get done by a certain time, it means it will be there. I have recomended this florist to all freinds and family. From aunts to uncles, everyone goes there too. By far the freshest flowers and the beautiful custom designs available. You guys rock!!!!
