This company just got the contract for Centerpoint, AL and their level of service reflects the business that they are in----TRASH!

Stay away if you Value Your MONEY!!! so apparently I had a 35$ late fee which lead to a 45$ termination of account fee. I now owe 80$ and wasn't even given the option to pay, to have services restored. what a joke.

This garbage company is garbage!

Waited about a month to get a can. Was told I could go to Moody and pick one up. Wife goes to Moody to pick one up and she is told they don't have any. Finally they come up with one and for men watch her load it by herself. This company should be ashamed.

terrible company to deal with.... had a commercial account with them.. business closed. Been trying for a year and a half to end my contract.. Apparently you enter a life time contract.. Land lord still calls me about their dumpster on the property. They do not return calls or emails.

Im extremely disappointed in this company and what you called "customer service" I've never been treated so badly. I can't even get a manager to return a phone call let alone somebody to answer the phone after an hour and a half on hold long distance. Still gave yet to get a return call or address the problem but yall sure dont miss sending a bill. Ive had issues on multiple occasions that still has not been addressed or acknowledged. I refused to have advanced disposal for my companys office due to the despicable way this company handles business at my residence. If the issues are not addressed in a courteous manner within a reasonable amount of time, I will be cancelling my service and advising my neighbors to do the same.

If I had a choice of another trash removal company to do business with, I would. There is no Customer Service at Advanced Disposal. Voice mail answers the phone, you are put on hold indefinitely and the only option given is to leave a message.

If I could give these people 0 stars I would! Have been trying to get them to pick up our trash for several weeks now, the only response I get is an answering machine! After being on hold for 8 minutes at a time several times I was told that their "call volume is high right now". Give me a break. When I finally emailed the supervisor and received a response I thought the problem was resolved - I was wrong. She said all the right things but ultimately I still have a full trash can sitting outside my house! Our pickup day is tuesday, this means the driver had to purposefully skip my house! I live in a neighborhood where the houses are about 30 feet apart...not like they just accidentally missed my house! I spoke with a rude representative earlier who told me that it will be NEXT week before the trash is collected. I am tired of dealing with this situation, unfortunately AD has a monopoly on the trash collection business in Leeds.
