      I highly recommend this Childcare Center because of it's wonderful highly trained staff. There is a wade verity of children. There is many services that are available to children with special needs and learning and social emotional disabilities. The Family Center is very supportive of all family's.

      General Info
      Operational for more than 30 years, the Family Center of Washington County is a nonprofit organization that provides a variety of support services for families in central Vermont. It offers services for registered child care homes and centers. The organization provides information and courses for child care providers. The Family Center of Washington County also conducts training workshops and classes. The center offers infant, preschool and after-school programs. Its child care programs are accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. The Family Center of Washington County s additional services include advocacy, developmental evaluation and nutrition consultation. The center provides speech, occupational and physical therapy options for children with developmental disabilities. It has a work force of over 50 professionals. The center is a part of the Vermont Parent Child Center Network.
