As a Professional Yoga Therapist my goal is to empower the individual toward optimal health! Therapeutic Yoga practice offers a step by step healing plan for each individual. All bodywork and yoga sessions are tailored to the clients needs.

Improve circulation (brightens your skin), reduce stress in facial muscles (wrinkle reducer), increase skin elasticity (wrinkle reducer), hydrate your skin (brightens your skin AND is a wrinkle reducer). Yoga Therapist: 1000hrs (and Kripalu Yoga teacher) yogassage: somatic healing movements, yogic pranayama, assisted stretching, and massage techniques personalized yoga: tailored to the individual, may include: postures, stretching, strengthening, breathing practices, affirmations, guided relaxation, and meditation. Focusing on: stress management deep sleep pain management injury prevention and recovery postural imbalances/improvements foam roller/self myofascial release techniques yoga nidra (systematic deep relaxation) individual or group meditation restorative - vigorous yoga practice with or without flow

Massage: swedish, deep tissue, barefoot massage, yogassage (done clothed on a floor mat using a combo of massage techniques, stretching, asana, yoga nidra, and pranayama). 30 minute extended session: epsom salt foot soak and reflexology hot towels or hot rocks face massage with warm towels and hydrating oils Reiki guided breathing for balancing energy levels guided meditation (silent meditation is nice too) guided deep relaxation for body awareness recommended stretches, exercises, self massage techniques. Specialized Yoga (yoga therapy) designed for the individual, focusing on but not limited to: lifestyle and weight management pre and post surgery preparedness stress reduction create positive change (formerly YT for addictions) address physical discomforts and postural challenges.

Office accepts Cash or Check. Paypal online ONLY for charges. There is plenty of free parking and are on a quiet second floor. The space is warm and sunny with fresh air all around. A private office downtown, easy 3 minute walk from Main and State Street. Students here get the individual attention needed to stay safe and balanced in their individual approach to wellness.
