The staff really cares about what they do and how they enrich the lives of the residents that live there. You can tell by how long most have them been employed there. Most communities have a lot of turn over, maybe it's not the job for everyone. The people that stay in these jobs do it because they are rewarded with being able to lend a hand to those that need a little help. More importantly they get to know a lot of amazing people. The Falls home has an amazing staff that really cares about the residents I mean their friends.
