      Went into have my glasses repaired at Mongomery Philadelphia eyeglass lab location. I picked up my glasses owner says no charge.. That I thought was great. I went home put on my glasses only to find huge scratch on the inside across the entire right lens. Called spoke to owner about the scratch on my lenz. Says bring them back in. I did so, He wiped down the lenz for a second or two and says sorry !!!! I now can't ware my glasses at all due to the giant scratch he put through my right lenz.. Went to report to corporate only to find out he had same name but not affiliated with the rest of the Philadelphia eyeglass labs. Wow !!!!

      I have gone here for my glasses a number of times and have always gotten excellent service. I am very rough with my glasses but it doesn't matter how many times I go back for an adjustment it is always done with a smile and I'm told 'no problem' I would highly recommend here for your glasses..

      Got into at first, a discussion with an employee about my insurance plan. I simply asked a question about why I was being charged until she responded in an arrogant, sarcastic tone, "Are you a doctor?" To say the very least, the employee was disrespectful, arrogant, and unaware. The manager heard the argument and didn't apologize for the poor customer service. Instead, he too was arrogant too and soon gave me an attitude. The only plus of the store is the doctor--he did a very good job with the appointment. But despite that--with the prices high, poor customer service--I highly recommend NOT to visit this store!

We're a full service eye care center.
