Today was my 1 year old's first dental appointment and it will definitely be his last time at that dental office. The office appearance is not bad, but the staff is questionable. When we were called to the back we waited for 20 minutes before being seen or even checked on. Then when the dentist and her assistant came in being that my son is a brand new patient, she did not try to formally introduce herself or make my son feel comfortable before peering in his mouth, she did . She stayed for literally 5 minutes before leaving even though I waited over 20 minutes to be seen.

The staff was very friendly to my child. The wait time was not that long.

This place is horrible! The receptionist have an attitude at all time. They need more professional employees. If you call to reschedule the receptionist pops her mouth and says okay with an attitude then ask what the child name and time of appt. Too long of a wait, too many appt at one time. always crowded and no respect for others.
