      Montgomery Family Medicine is a vibrant, family-oriented practice that strives to provide a complete approach to preventive and urgent care needs. Our primary purpose is to treat disease, injury and disability while preventing or minimizing further ailments or disabilities; and to ensure the continued good health and maximum potential of our patients. Our sincere desire is to provide these services professionally and with the utmost concern for our patients.

      Our phones open at 7:45 in the morning and we usually can accommodate same day work-ins for sudden illnesses. We perform complete physicals, hearing tests, EKG’s, pulmonary function tests, skin surgeries and skin assessments in the office. We have our own laboratory and X-Ray. We also offer in-office ultrasounds, echocardiograms, nerve conduction studies and GXT’s. Special physician training allows us to address many occupational needs, such as Aviation Medical Exams. Phone nurses answer calls regarding clinical questions and make appointments. The rest of our office staff is standing by to assist you with billing, medical records, and other questions.
