My computer crashed and I know a bit more than others but still not much ! After many days of trying to resolve it ,all I knew was some parts of my computer were still there but I couldn't figure out how to get it working again ! Really now I regret from day one just not taking my computer to him rather than spending all that time for nothing !

I went to a computer repair store and I swear said the sign said if we have not called you, it is not done and be prepared for a long wait ! I was treated as if I was an idiot and it would be a special privilege if they so decided to work on my computer. Almost same thing at the second store. Both were very expensive too!

When I called Mr. Elkins he was nice and like a long lost friend you had been meaning to call ! He was down to earth and respectful. He is also a VET and yeahh that is important to me ! He listened to me with out interrupting and was very kind in offering much better solutions than I had requested. Even though he was telling me there was a much better way he treated me respectfully in the way he did it !

Honestly he actually called me that night and said it was all done and all resolved. I reiterate HE CALLED me ! And I was not expecting it for a day or even more. The results were unbelievable and my computer now is a million times better than before. The price I had anticipated this would cost me was actually substantially lower that even my most hopeful guess! It was really very inexpensive and did I mention fast !?

After I got it home he was a text message away with any setup problems etc. The bottom line is this gentleman is a very laid down to earth type of guy. He is humble and seems to without any effort to always be conveying, Hey I want to help you and I want to see you again even if it is just to say Hi !

So yes Mr. Elkins is a class above the rest and refreshing to find someone who is genuine and honest with the way they handle their business and treat people ! I highly recommend him !
