My baby died in the wrong hand of Avian & Exotic Clinic and they only wanted to return me $45.59

I took my chicken to see the vet at Avian & Exotic Clinic yesterday morning. Dr. Shannon and Dr. Wells checked my baby; and they said they would give a good care of my baby. They said my baby needed to be hospitalized, they appeared very nice and professorial, so I trusted them and left my baby there. But in the very next morning, when I called them, they told me my baby passed away at night. they charged me $460 of deposit, including 3 days hospitalizing fee, but they just let my baby stay in the dark by herself. My baby must had been very sacred. If she were home, I would take care of her at night, she wouldn't die. They promised they would take care of my baby, but they failed doing it.
Also, when I asked for returning my payment. Dr. Shannon said they would return some of my payment. I said that I needed the full refund. Then they didn’t want to talk to me, and closed their door, only left the receptionist in the front desk. I said to her that I needed my refund, she said okay. And took my card, when she gave me the receipt, I noticed that they only returned me $45.59.

I don’t know what horrible treatment my baby went through. Please when you consider taking your pet to see a vet at Avian & Exotic, think about what happened to me. They just wanted my money, they didn't care of my baby nor how I love my baby. they hurt me, I can’t overcome it. They “treated” my baby to die. I just paid for being heart broken. I just paid for the guilt of sending my baby there. I just paid for the suffer my baby had.
