Called ahead of time to have let them know my car will be towed there at my expense and informed them that repair would not be covered through insurance. When the car got there, the owner pronounced it a total loss before the tow truck even backed into the lot (or even having stepped out of office for that matter). Owner seemed like he just wanted nothing to do with it, essentially making it a waste of time and money to have it towed there and then back when it could have just been said over the phone. I'm a pretty reasonable person if I had been told over the phone that it may not be worth my time/money to have it towed there I would have appreciated their honesty and respected them a bit more then for me to get there and basically pronouncing it a loss before having the car actually looked at and sending me on my way.

Clairmont went above and beyond!! They were willing to pick my vehicle up at home and return when repaired...Very few shops will provide this type of service...
