John was very helpful, no !! - just talked plainly to me, answered my questions, didn't try to "sell" to me.. he talked to me like a real person. Which is what I really REALLY appreciated. Sal was more of the "Salesman" trying to negotiate my business... I knew what he was about, and if it was only Sal I might not have purchased the car. I don't like salesman, I know they only care about numbers and quotas, but John wasn't like that at all. Even Aymen in the finance department was very cordial and detailed in every explanation and very straigtforward and helpful. But it was John who went above and beyond to make my experience great. He even offered to help me unload my old car and put all my stuff into my new car (and I had A LOT OF STUFF). He even filled my new car with a full tank of gas and helped sync my car with my smart phone...
