RUDE, DISHONEST AND OVERPRICED. Gave one price upfront but added on extra charges after. Became foul mouthed and irate when confronted about it. Lost a hubcap to boot and claimed it was missing before we brought it in. We took a quick look around and found it lying behind his garage. CROOK

Eli and Elia (husband and wife) and their competently trained and professional mechanics are polite, very kind and focus on providing the best service in the tightest market and worst possible location in terms of customer base, address and cost-of-living compared to the rest of the US. I always laugh b/c their driveway is terrible but it's worth the effort both for general maintenance and major jobs. Pricing is oriented toward what the market will bear---this is not a cheapskate's paradise but the owner takes care of his loyal customers--no doubt about it!--I would also like to say you won't be ripped off and you won't need to go back b/c work was done poorly the first time (bearing in mind that automotive trouble-shooting can sometimes be a nightmare for the most highly trained technician).

Unethical business practice. Very rude and dishonest. I dropped of my car to get an estimate for the work that needed to be done. When I was told what it will cost to have it fixed there, I decided to hold of on repair since could not afford it. When I told the owner of the shop that I will not be fixing the car just yet he got angry with me and said I have to pay up for his time. When I disputed it, since my understanding was that he provides free estimates, he refused to give my car back to me and threatened to charge me for storage if I do not come up with cash to pay him. He refused to take a check or credit card for payment and threatened to lock me in his shop for the night. It was a nightmare experience. Be aware of dishonest business practices at this place.
