- FlooringThe Albrechts started their business in 1985. Bob, a builder and carpenter by trade, ran a lawn service and saw the need for custom-built sheds and gazebos. He started building them for customers and over the years, expanded the business to include outdoor bars and bar sheds, pool houses, pavilions, sunrooms, stand-alone garages, pergolas, playhouses, cabins, mini barns, pet sheds, Adirondack chairs and other unique backyard specialty items. Many of these items are available in multiple styles. Garages are available in one-car or two-car design with or without flooring. Sheds are available with vinyl, smart panel or T1-11 siding. Gazebos are available in wood or PVC.
- FramingThese days, virtually all of the companies items are Amish-built. However, Bob designs and delivers every product himself. What sets Oaktree Sheds & Gazebos apart from its competitors is experience, quality, service and price. The company uses all wood framing and sheathing (no particle board). Wall studs and rafter beams are all a standard 16 inches apart on center, while floor joists are all 12 inches apart on center. Every item offers legendary Amish craftsmanship built to the customers specific needs and desires. Prices on the entire product line are extremely competitive, Linda says……

- SidingThe Vinyl Pavilion is constructed of SYP and coated in high-quality vinyl. The pavilion is supported by 8″ square columns with corner trim and post skirts. The pavilions are built to be attached directly to a concrete pad or deck using powder-coated anchor brackets. The headers are built with 2×10 ply SYP, which can span up to 18′ without sagging, or, with optional Paralam engineered beams, can span up to 30′. Closed corner braces add stability in high wind. The roof is built to a 55⁄8″ pitch and has 10″ overhangs. It is constructed using 2×8 rafters, exterior grade sheeting, and then protected with felt paper and 30-year architectural shingles. The interior ceiling is finished in white vinyl siding making the pavilion maintenance free on the inside and out. All of the aspects of the pavilion come together to create a look and feeling of grandeur.
