WOW! It didn't take more than a simple phone call for a consult appt. to decide that this was NOT the place for me! The woman on the phone was very rude and refused to make an appt for a time that was good for me. 2:00 was the next available time on her sheet, so that was the time that I "had" to take. I live an hour from Monroe and also have kids in school, 2:00 is not an option! I was informed that I could take the 2:00 or keep calling back every day to see how early she was into the day instead of making me an 8:00 am appt! On top of all that she acted as if she were God because she owned the appt book! lol I have decided to go ahead with Dr. Hummel, who is more expensive, but the staff was awesome and worked with my schedule, after all it is my $6000!!!!!
