A LASIK exam includes a comprehensive eye exam, discussion of risks & benefits, & several measurements which will help determine one?s candidacy for the surgery. The procedure is performed in our clinic & under topical (eye-drops) anesthesia. Most patients are able to drive the next day however like any other surgery & even contact lenses, LASIK has potential risks & side effects. We are pleased to offer CustomVue LASIK which uses the latest wavefront technology to improve the likelihood for a successful outcome. We use the Visx S4 laser which is the most preferred excimer laser in the United States.
