I have been a customer for 10 years. The lady that always answers the phone is rude and never does what she says she's going to do. I was told I would be called back the same day, but had to call back the next day. Was told a map would be mailed to me. A week later called to ask about it, was told that the tech would be bringing it out. I told her she said she would mail it and then she said she did that too. (right) Asked her to fax so I could get it. After waiting 2 1-2 hours called back. If your tech actually did his job, then I wouldn't have to keep calling. What kind of business are you running?

Swarming termites all around my fireplace. Called Avalon in a panic and they walked me through a quick clean up until their technician arrived later that afternoon. She was very explanatory and patient with my traumatic experience of these things flying all over my house. Treatment was completed in a few hours and I could not be happier. Well after hearing of all the bad reviews of this company mainly by their competition trying to get a leg up on them I felt compelled to comment my thoughts. Only 5 years with Avalon but they have bent over backwards to satisfy our service and we have no complaints.

Avalon was called yesterday by my wife because we had flying termites in our home. The technician arrived this afternoon and educated me on how termites work and live in and around my home. He was very patient and we are very pleased that we no longer have to worry about these nasty bugs eating our house. Thank you Avalon Exterminating for everything from the sweet lady in the office to the fine young man that help solve our problems.

I had swarming termites in my house (thought they were ants). Called for 3 estimates and the first one was listed AvalonPest.Com. I took their quote and sent them on their way. When the next two companies gave me their spill I was not impressed at all and they were a little higher in prices as well.
