Located in Momence, Ill., the company employs more than 1,000 people. It specializes in smoked-cooked brats and sausages. It also offers a variety of grilled sausages. Additionally, Johnsonville Sausage operates a touring grill that features hot and cold running water, a preparation station and refrigeration unit for temporary product storage. It has the capacity to cook more than 750 brats at a time.
