Based in Moline, Ill., Rosewood Care Center provides nursing facilities. The health center offers various facilities, which include 120 beds, respite care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, daily activities, satellite television, beauty/barber salon and spacious rooms with individualized climate control. It provides an array of services, such as stroke therapy, fracture care, neuromuscular disorders care, amputation care, pain management, safety training and post-operative wound care. Rosewood Care Center also offers home exercise programs, kitchen safety education, chronic disease management, tracheostomy care and wound vac services.
