Kristie the manager would not give me the owners name or number . I had a pair of shorts that somehow they failed to put a price on this was the only pair of shorts in my size . They would not price it told me I had to wait till tomorrow that was their policy . They had others with similar price and the people who do the pricing were on site . Horrible experience I will NEVER sHop there again .

My wife and I have shopped here now for a couple years. We go here at least once a month and usually at least once a week. Great selection, great prices, friendly staff.

I have been in the gutter for a minute do to P.T.S.D.( My wife Died )been robbed,homeless at times,when I needed help the most Good Samaritans was always there for me,their staff is very courteous,understanding of my situation,and the lovely girls don't get mad when I flirt with them,lol. God Bless them straight to Heaven.

Very UN Christian... 3 employees working the counter (on September 24th, 2015 early afternoon) told my daughter who has been a very loyal return customer, asked if this Keurig coffee maker worked and she was assured by all 3 workers that had been "tested and works" so she bought it. Got it to my home and tested it herself in front of me, and it turned on, but that was it; it did NOT work. When she went back to the store to see if they would honor a return or even store credit after having been misinformed, lied to, call it what you may; they absolutely refused to give any type of credit, grant the return or offer a solution in any way. That was my first time in The Good Samaritan Thrift Store, and I personally will not go back again, they give Christians a bad name and there was nothing about that incident that said "Good Samaritan". - C. I like the store. I have bought a few items at very good prices. I find that they are very friendly here.

I used to like this place until 12/12/14 when I was looking at a telescope and was apparently in a employee only area and was told to leave the store! Wow the manager was a doush bag. He said ohh did you go back to look at the telescopes I said yes and was asked to leave. Good luck to this thirft store. Don't waste your time to be treated rude go to buy rite on Briggsmore

Loved coming here till last last week (Nov 2014) They have a store policy that wasn't followed. What makes me mad is in the past it was enforced on me twice. The policy is that they will not sell an item with out a price on it. They will take it to the back where it will be priced and set out the next day. We went looking for a bed frame we had seen the week before. We were happy to see it was still there. We peeled the price off knowing that it would make is unfit to sell. We looked around.

While we looked around the bed frame was sold. When I was asked if they could help I said "Well someone bought the bed frame we wanted and I'm not sure why it was sold since your store has a policy that says NOTHING will be sold without a price... I know it didn't have a price because I have it here (held it up to be seen)" I was snapped at but what I assume was some form of management. "That's not your job" with rude attitude. She came from behind the counter with less of an attitude problem and took me to another bed frame. Thats fine but the other was less money. She refused to work with me on the price at all. I would have been happy to take it for what the other bed frame was but she wouldn't hear of it. I feel they were in the wrong by not going by their own policy and did nothing to try to and make it right by the customer. I honestly would have been happy to just get it at the cost of the other bed frame. It would have been $4 buck difference. That's okay I will stick with The Hope Chest where they have worked with me in the past. Miss Attitude needs to learn better people skills!!!

I love this thrift store because it's Christian-based and they have better prices than The Hope Chest and Goodwill. Also, the manager is very nice as well as the employees (especially Sirena)! They are open 7 days a week; they don't close until 8 pm Mon thru Sat!

I really liked this thrift store when they first opened, but they are starting to follow the greed trend many of the other thrift stores in town have taken to. A thrift store is not a boutique. It is not an antiques and collectibles shop. People go to thrift stores because they get their merchandise free and can offer an incredible bargain on random items. If you price your items at ebay "buy it now" prices, why should I even make the trip. I'll just have it delivered to my door. People with money to do so aren't going to a thrift store to pay $100 for a 20 year old used camera. Don't even bother with this place.
