We are located in Mitchell, SD, west of Cabela’s and south of Interstate 90, on Grassland Drive. Free parking is available next to the building. Get quality health care for you and your family when you visit Avera Health and Access Health clinics.

      Regular Hours:M-F 7am-6pm, Sa-Su 9am-4pm (Urgent Care 12-6PM, Mon-Fri and 9AM-4PM Saturday and Sunday. Pediatric Care Starting at 7AM, Mon-Fri.)
