      poor service and policies

      Purchased new books for a gift for my daughter, she wanted different books. Went to exchange for in store credit. Would only credit for used prices when books weren't even read. Was told that they are technically a used bookstore. Why then do they sell new books? If you buy something new, you return it new, you should get full credit. This is not good business or policy practices.
