I made a reservation in June and cancelled it on August 3rd. We were supposed to stay the night of August 4th. They charged me as a "no show" anyway. I called management and the reservations department several times to have this resolved. Nobody cares and nobody will return my phone calls.I had witnesses who were present when I made my cancellation. They fraudulently used my credit card information because their reservations department is unorganized and doesn't keep accurate records.When I asked for my reservations history, they provided me a list of what they claim are several times I had supposedly called to cancel and reinstate my reservation the month prior, which is fabricated and never happened. I made the reservation once and cancelled the same reservation once. Nobody calls 4 or 5 times in a matter of two weeks to cancel and then reinstate their reservation on the same day. But logic doesn't work at this place.Don't trust this company with your personal information or allow them access to your credit cards. Missoula is such a beautiful city and has so many other great hotels...it is a shame that his property mires the landscape of Montana.
