I will never do buisiness with these witches again. I tried to send a package to relatives and paid a ridiculous 25$. The package came back to me approx. 2 weeks later. When I called the women was decent on the phone and said she could refund my money. When I went over to the store they were rude and making smart comments. Some little troll helping at the desk started saying we wont'trefund this money. They didn't verify the address before it was sent out and charged 15 dollars over what the post office charges to deliver the same package. The troll behind the desk said if I didn't like it I could leave. I have never encountered this type of customer service, and will file a formal complaint with the BBB as well as the corporate office. I suspect any positive review are written by themselves.

It cost $1.30 to buy just 2 postage stamps at this Post Net store. I will never go there again!

The 5 star reviews MUST be friends. "Graphic Designer" Michelle cannot follow directions for printing or cutting. Sloppy work, misspelled names, frayed edges, cut to wrong size, parts of graphics cut off, inconsistancies within the same project. We dropped off some (wedding invitations) materials with clear directions from Paper Depot (who were great). Total disaster!Customer service is a joke. Apparently it is our fault Michelle is incompetent.We worked around and corrected her mistakes.BLAINE POSTNET NOT RECOMMENDED!!
