Based in Minneapolis, the National Arbitration Forum has been providing alternative dispute resolution services to the legal community for more than 15 years. It provides various resolutions of commercial and civil disputes through a variety of systems. It offers information about arbitration and mediation, including process flowcharts and overviews. It also maintains a database of state and federal cases that affect the practice of alternative dispute resolution. The forum focuses on a wide range of areas that include automotive, commercial finance, commercial mortgage finance, construction, consumer, court services, employment, health care, insurance, intellectual property and real estate. It also publishes various newsletters and periodicals. In addition, the National Arbitration Forum supports various public service projects and programs.
