We are a 501 c 3 non profit educational organization dedicated to the empowerment of all people through martial arts, wellness, personal safety and self defense training wo we may have a more peaceful community and planet. We were founded in 1989 and first called "Feminist Eclectic Martial Arts" to help women and girls "walk in peace". We have grown to include ALL GENDERS!
