My husband and I got the pots and pans thinking how great they were and was told no finance charge for 1 year. It took way longer than we were told to receiver our pots and pans. Then we didn't receive a bill til 2 months later saying we owe them for 2 months n we were late. We see the fiancé charge and late fee and called them to get it resolved. They claimed they waived both we made our payment and then decided to come up with the $ in full to pay them off. We finally come up with the $ ( which was a lot) and I called them to see if they can help me by waiving the fiancé charge and late fee once again and I will pay them off completely. The guy Jason was rude and a smart-as* saying he can't help me and i was doing this to help me not them and more remarks. So then I speak with Jody and she is extremely rude saying she can't help me, it's not their problem, and more. I just finally got tired of dealing with their lack of customer service and told them to take my payment in full (even though I'll be broke) on my card and she said she can't take it because it's a $85 fee if they took my card over the phone...WHAT? Are u kidding me?! This company is a joke and a rip off!!! The pots and pans are not worth this hassle or $! Oh and the fiancé charge that wasn't supposed to be there is $32.40 a month...wtf?! Wow...I'm finding my original paperwork and complaining to the BBB!

My husband and I bought these pans before our wedding. After the wedding, my name changed my bank cancelled my credit card to send me a new one with my new name. I spoke with their customer service about this and she informed me that it was fine to make the payment a few days later because there was no late fee until a certain point after payment being due. I logged in and paid the balance to make the account current (which she verified) but they still ended up charging me a late fee which they later (by later I mean 4 months later) informed me doesn't even show up on the account until 10 days later?? Their online portal is a ridiculous excuse for "convenience" which they also charge you $7.50 per transaction to pay your bill with their online portal. I got a phone call 4 months later that said I have late fees on my account which makes no sense at all because I have auto debt with them so I never bother going into the portal to look at anything. The portal doesn't even show if you have an outstanding balance. When I was informed that I had these late charged on my account I logged into the portal the same day and the ONLY thing they had listed as due was the monthly payment, no mention of late fees at all. Even if I were to log in to check this thing there is no way of telling. They list an email address in their portal, customerService, which returns as mail undeliverable. The pots and pans are not worth this hassle and horrible customer service. Their online presence is a joke for a company that you give so much money too. That should be warning enough not to do business with them. I would recommend going somewhere else than do business with company. They have shady practices.
