      Incompetence to the max

      This company is handling our Cobra benefits. Our dept was closed down 12/31/09 and we have yet to receive our Cobra packets (3 mos later!!!!!) after numerous calls by each of our staff members. Each time we call we are told by the Eide staff that they will "personally" mail out our packets but nothing happens. One of our staff did finally get her premiums automatically deducted from her checking account (even though she had never received her packet or signed up for Cobra) but it was for over 8 times greater than what the premium should have been and what she was told it would be. Terrible service and follow-through. We are now at the point of filing appeals with the State in order to get our Cobra benefits.
