      The contact person is usually unavailable at critical moments of the repair. In particular when checking for insurance approval and, most important, is my car ready when you said it would be ready? They are excellent at excuses - horrible at meeting self imposed deadlines. Go here if you need an oil change. Go somewhere else if you need any repairs.
