We have heard so many raves about the lil' old burger place in Mineola Texas.. So we decided to venture out from Longview and try it.

I found it a little odd when we walked in no one told us anything, about where to sit or greeted us. Didnt even tell us the procedure on how to order.. - Let me just say they were not busy. When we finally were told what to do, by another customer we ordered. The pricing was ridiculous. When I asked the employee (They are not waitresses, they do nothing for the customers!) why it was so high she told me about all of the add ons, in a very snotty tone. Treating me like I was stupid. She then, while running my card was carrying on a coversation with another worker about her husband. Right in front of customers! Talking very loud and didnt even seem interested in work.

We then walked over to get our drinks waited 5 minutes looking like fools because there were none out. While the men in the kitchen saw us waiting and did nothing to help. I could hear them cussing and their music was very vulgar coming from the back. Not appropriate for a family restraunt.

When we finally got our food after the long wait, several things were wrong with it. None of the burgers were made with the right dressing. Both my husband and sons were undercooked. And the "famous fries" were burnt. We told them it was wrong. That took another 20 minutes to re-do.

I am very upset with the service we were delivered. The employess there were extremely unprofessional. I will not be going back! You cannot serve people like this.



I suggest get new WAITRESSES. Not employes who sit around and talk and about their boyfriends, and smoke break. They act like their on drugs.

food was pretty good, service was kind of slow it took a long time to get our food, but they were very friendly! We will return and try again!

What a sweet place to eat! We were visiting the city and enjoyed the cute ETBC! Yummy -5 stars on the sweet potatoe fries! (and burgers!) Thanks for a great time!

Always great food. May take a little time to get your food but they cook it for you when you order it so it is always hot and delicious.
