Had a 'technician' not a plumber come to my house, clearly intoxicated. Guy flooded me out. I threw him out called another company. This plumber informed me that he used to work at citywide but quit because he had to fix disasters created by 'techs' that citywide sends to your house to 'hold the job' for their more qualified techs. Stay away from them

My experience with CityWide Sewer and Drain Service was positive from beginning to end. I was able to schedule an appointment right away for my clogged kitchen sink. The plumber, Raffi, who arrived at my residence, was punctual, polite and, from the beginning, inspired confidence. The problem turned out to be worse than I feared but, two hours later, the problem was resolved and all was back to normal. I am convinced that a lesser professional would have given up and left me with my dilemma unsolved. The initial price I was quoted was the price that I paid. In addition, care was taken beforehand to protect the area being worked on and afterwards, it was thoroughly cleaned up. I highly recommend using CityWide and intend on doing so, myself, in the near future.

Excellent Service! I had just bought a new washer and dryer but failed to think about how i was going to have them installed. I called Astoria Park Plumbing and Heating and they were able to send over a trained tech same day and it took no time!

5 star plumbing company these guys really saved the day. My cesspool was overflowing onto my lawn these guys rushed right on over and sucked it out. they also chemically treated it which I have never done before. They are well priced and the truck driver was really polite. thank you citywide !

I RECENTLY USED CITYWIDE FOR A CLOGGED SEWER LINE IN MY HOUSE LOCATED IN FLUSHING.THEY WERE EXCELLENT ON TIME AND VERY PROFFESIONAL.THEY GAVE US A GUARANTEE ON THERE WORK WHICH NO OTHER COMPANY HAS EVER DONE... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WITH A CLOGGED PIPE.

What a nice experience dealing with the company when I am having so many problems. Starting with Lisa answering the phone so professionally and the plumber coming out and doing a quick and clean job unclogging my sewer line. I recommend them.

Never, showed for our 2:00 appointment. When called the next day we were told, "well you didn't answer your phone when we called in the morning to confirm" Why would i stay home in the morning for an afternoon appointment? Supervisor is nasty and this is not a company to use.
