Terrible! Waited in line over 1 hour to pay after the Celine Dion concert at one of only 2 machines. This is ridiculous to say the least. We couldn't pay prior to the concert because the line was so long we'd have never gotten to our seats in time, despite the fact that we were 45 minutes early. If the weather had been bad it would have been almost impossible, as 99% of the line is waiting outside. I understand this is true of Bucks' games too. And the rate of $25 for an event is astronomical. Do you think this is New York City? Please, please rectify this situation.
