I’ve been a patient of Dr. Eric’s for 19 years and would never go anywhere else. I had an exam today and asked him about the bad review here and he said it was from someone that was angry that he hired someone who’s Hispanic, posted on every review page and tried to get her fired.

Dr. Eric and his staff have always been wonderful to me and I absolutely recommend them.

I have to put a star and this should be a NO STAR rating. Blanca is unprofessional and should be ashamed of herself. If that’s how she treats the patients and paying customers, she should be immediately fired. She didn’t let me speak to hear my concern and she was insensitive regarding the issue. Blanca is a disgrace to this great company. I will never come back because of the unprofessional attitude and her poor handling of a conflict with a customer. Blanca should be supervised on how she talks to the customers and see if that is how you want to be treated. This is not how I deal with my patients especially with conflicts. She should remain professional because she is on the job. It is unacceptable and Blanca is very unprofessional to be in this kind of business. Being unprofessional can turn to poor outcome. She should not be working in a healthcare industry if she do not know how to handle a conflict with a patient.

I waited a very long time to be seen. The receptionist was very rude. Doctor knight was ok, but was very rushed and seemed a bit egotistical. The only up side was the lady behind the glasses counter, she was very sweet and helpful.

Dr. Knight is extreamly nice. The service is great and he has a wonderful family. Dis place be the shiz cracka.

Long wait, rude doctor, no privacy in the exam room, horrible service. I will never go back to this place. The doctor spoke badly of my former doctor, which I thought was very unprofessional. This guy is an egomaniac and the place doesn't live up to his hype. I'd go elsewhere.

I first went to this doctor's office this summer. The first two times I went, the doctor was not there and they tried to have me see someone else, when I had specifically asked for Dr. Knight. The third time I went he was running very late and they were way over booked. I waited almost an hour for my appointment and then the doctor seemed very rushed and not very interested in what I had to say about the problems I was having with my eyes. I ended up leaving with my prescription (which they didn't want to give to me until I insisted), and I got my glasses elsewhere.....and then found that the prescription they gave me was off and I had to have another refraction done elsewhere and have the glasses remade. Poor service, poor communication, and very rude doctor. I won't be recommending them to anyone.

Friendly personal service. Very helpful when it came time to pick out my first pair of glasses. Explained in detail the various options I had for my new glasses.
