Overall, I'm very satisfied with Katz Properties Whenever I have a minor issue, I call my kind and helpful manager and my problem is solved expediently. The office is filled with competent employees who greeted me with a smile when I last came in. As for JVT, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIVING THERE. It is simply a great place to be (unless you hate coffee, big swimming pools, nice neighbors, and a great location!). Thank you Katz Properties for taking such great care of me!

My overall experience has been positive. I think they're fair. Quick responses to any issues and quick to do any repairs. For such a big company, they are very personable and know their tenants. We haven't always seen eye to eye on certain things but they were quick to discuss them and make things right. The apartment building itself at 1806 E. Kenmore Pl is in good condition and very little issues, given it's age. I would certainly recommend Katz to others and I think they're moving forward in the right direction.

the on-site management is amazing, they go above and beyond to help with anything you need. The gentleman on site and the lady who works some weekends are two of the most helpful people you'll ever deal with. Highly recommend working with these two.

Katz Properties has taken great strides to improve its customer-service and building quality. I've seen this with my own eyes at JVT. They have made significant improvements in the office and maintenance staff. I am extremely satisfied with my experiences with Katz Properties and would certainly recommend renting from them!

Lived at the Katz properties on 3575 Oakland. I Lived in one of the newly renovated units. The apartment itself is a little outdated but the unit on the inside is kept nice and clean. Stevie Drexler, the building manager was very nice. She kept the apartment clean and fresh and helped with any problems we had while living there. She kept track of packages and notified me if I had a packages in the lobby. She was very helpful on the move out and supplied cleaning supplies.

I lived there in the 90's at the Porticos in Fox Point for 11 years. It was completely upgraded when Katz took over. The place was clean. It was safe and I had no problems.

When the Porticos was first built in Fox Point, it was known as the "crown jewel" of the North Shore apartments. Some years later, a group from Texas bought the 3-building complex as an investment. The lack of care and management by this company had tarnished this "jewel" into a sad development in deed of serious repairs. The "Porticos" was then purchased by a local company, Katz Properties as an investment and was immediately attended to. Everything was repaired, refurbished and returned to the prized complex it had been plus more added amenities than were originally available. Now when I am asked where I live, my reply is "at the Porticos." There is always a positive response that makes me feel that I live in a special place. It's very nice to live "where everyone knows its name." Am I happy living at the Porticos? You bet I am!

Me and my family is very grateful to you guys for proving a secure and clean place to live in past 3.5 years. The maintenance was quick good. I was pleased with your great work except that it took a long time for you to come to my place to repair. I sent a maintenance request last Friday and you came here this Wednesday.
