      ECE lacks professionalism. In addition to bad customer service they do not have a good base for doing foreign grade equivalency. Most of the time they cannot even support their judgments. They have their own ideas for converting grades and it differs a lot from other agencies.

      Established in 1980, Educational Credential Evaluators, also known as ECE, is a nonprofit public service organization that helps professionals in the United States understand international education through foreign credential evaluation reports, training and research. It is a charter member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES). The organization houses a reference library of more than 35,000 volumes related to international education and over 350,000 sample educational credentials. Educational Credential Evaluators has a staff of nearly 70 employees. It also offers rush and courier services. The organization provides a range of general, course-by-course and catalog match evaluation reports.
