Patrick the Maintenance Manager at the hotel is one of many reasons to stay at this hotel. It's the first hotel out of over many I've stayed in that makes you feel very much at home and actually make a good, friendly conversation with you. Everyone at the front desk is great but Patrick really goes out of his way to take care of the guests and make sure they can find their destinations within the city. Of course it is clean and the rooms are nicely furnished, very reasonable price for this hotel. They go over and above to please you. We have stayed here 3 times in the last year and I am planning a trip to Milwaukee again in November - we will always stay here when we travel to Milwaukee.
