I hired this firm for my small business accounting needs. I was sent an invoice before they did any work for me. The first month I was OK with this, but then I received my second invoice, my third, my fourth and I had not received a single call or email from Brenda or anyone at this firm. And so I called to find out what was going on and Brenda Kangas (one of the owners started giving me lip). Two days later I got a generic email indicating they decided not to "take on my account". I guess they like working with businesses that enjoy paying monthly fees for nothing! The most unprofessional organization I have ever encountered. Their one redeeming value - they fired me, which put me back on the market for a new small business accounting firm, that I am completely happy with. So thanks for something BTA!
