I hired Catania to handle a simple subdivision and had nothing but issues. When I met with the township to go over the details, the engineer had no idea what the township requirements were. After that meeting they went bank and spent a great deal of time and my money to fix there drawings and still did not design the drawings with the correct set backs. After that, they went back and then billed a great deal of time and my money to fix the set backs. All in all it took almost a year before I had final subdivision drawings and township approval for a simple residential sub division. This also cost me 5 times the amount that I was originally told it should take.
I would never hire this company again.
