      Founded in 2003, the Spotted Cow has become a vibrant community of people who prefer artisan roasted coffee, handcrafted ice-cream and specialty drinks. The Spotted Cow's decor is best described as a fusion of rustic farm experience meets modern life. In the northwest corner, you will discover a small stage area that features local musicians. We call this "The Spotlight." On the southeast corner, you will experience the aromas of freshly roasted coffee from the on-premise roaster. If you are hungry, you will see the many fresh pastries and scones from Mon Amie Bakery and Frost Donuts. You can also many enjoy lunch items and light meals throughout the day (and night) from Mike’s East Coast Deli Sandwiches. So whether you are having a business meeting, or struggling through finals week, need a place to "get away," or a place for meaningful conversation, the Spotted Cow encourages you to stray from the herd. Come in and explore the Spotted Cow. You will be glad you did. We are located next to LA Fitness on the north end of Mill Creek's Town Center._

      The Spotted Cow has a chill and relaxing environment. There are alos very friendly baristas and it always seems really clean. Oh, and I love their ice cream, it is so good. (You have to try the Bailey's Gelato)
